Dornan is seeking a Project Director to lead a major €300m+ data centre project in the Zaragoza region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from project start‐up through handover.Key ResponsibilitiesStart‐UpLead handover from estimating to project delivery teams.Validate the project and set up business plans, cost controls and cashflow.Create procurement plans, design plans and the construction programme.Liaise with the client and design team on engineering and procurement.DeliveryOversee all day‐to‐day site operations.Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to safety/quality standards.Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and installation activities.Chair weekly progress and safety meetings.Monitor productivity and project progress weekly.CompletionOversee testing, commissioning and client demonstrations.Agree final account with the QS and maintain client contact during warranty period.Manage site close‐out, archiving and project reviews.Experience & QualificationsStrong experience as a Project Director on large‐scale construction projects.Commercial awareness and strong HSE focus.HND in Construction or equivalent.Experience in large‐scale earthworks, utilities and shell & core builds.Fluent in Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
