This is a unique opportunity to join a visionary team committed to excellence in architecture, design, and art. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliLead the delivery of luxury real estate projects, ensuring adherence to the studio’s high standards /liliManage timelines, budgets, and design precision and quality /liliSupervise and mentor project/construction managers /liliAct as the key contact for clients, suppliers, and legal representatives /liliDrive supplier negotiations and contract adaptations /liliImprove delivery processes, methodologies, and IT systems /liliCollaborate closely with the Lead Designer and the architectural team /liliContribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement /li /ulh3Requirements /h3pA qualified Architect and/or Engineer with a strong blend of technical and design expertise.
