This role delivers strategic initiatives by setting strong project governance, managing a team of Project Managers and technical resources, and implementing standardised project management methodologies. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. /lilibMore than +5/+6 years of experience leading teams, including direct management of Project Managers. /b /lilib+5/+6 years /b of experience in IT project or program management. /liliProven experience managing both project managers and technical delivery teams, with strong knowledge of IT governance and delivery frameworks. /liliPreferred certifications: PMP, PgMP/PRINCE2, Agile (SAFe, Scrum, PMI‑ACP). /liliKey skills: PMO governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, IT delivery leadership, executive communication, risk and financial management, resource planning, and Agile/traditional methodologies. /li /ulpbr/ppbRole Responsibilities /b /pullibLead the PMO strategy, /b establishing project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks aligned with business goals. /liliOversee the full project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consistent delivery practices. /liliManage and mentor a team of Project Managers and technical resources, including direct leadership over other managers. /liliEnsure effective resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance management across the PMO team. /liliImplement governance structures, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. /liliDirectly manage high‑priority or complex projects when needed, coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. /liliAct as the primary interface for executive stakeholders, providing portfolio insights and facilitating cross‑functional decision‑making. /liliDrive continuous improvement through KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. /li /ul
