You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.We’ll look to you for:Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub‑System Manager (SSM)Acts as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM) / Chief of Development (CoD) / Chief of Operations (CoO)Acts as the Project Manager’s trusted deputy, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when neededServes as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordinationIs a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellenceCommunicates efficiently at any level, adapting the communication to the audience both verbally and writtenOwns the time management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision‑making and ensure the expected On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project (tender, contract, or program execution)Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal) for his areaManage efficiently planning deliverable issuanceFacilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholdersAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
