We have experienced continuous growth, including record‑breaking sales years, and continue to expand our presence with multiple offices across mainland Spain, Canary and Balearic Islands and in Cyprus.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional real estate agent to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.Responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.Conduct negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, ensuring fair and honest deals.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.Display and market real property to potential buyers.Manage property resale.Maintain and update listings of available properties.Cooperate with developers and build networks.Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.Spend time attracting customers through calls, lead follow‑ups, advertising, and presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups.RequirementsExperience in real estate sales.Own car.Strong communication skills.Negotiation skills.Analytical skills for market research.Languages: English required; Spanish and other languages (Nordic, German, French, Dutch) are a plus.Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.MS Office familiarity.Ability to work independently and in teams.Proven track record of successful sales.Experience as a real estate agent or salesperson is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work with an international real estate brand.Dynamic and ambitious team environment.Competitive compensation.Possibility to grow within the company.Work Hours and LocationApprox. 40 hours per week.
