Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the development and coordination of technical proposals for tenders and strategic opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with business units, technical experts, pre-sales and commercial teams to shape scope, narrative and approach. You will ensure proposal quality, coherence and competitiveness, aligning with evaluation criteria and business objectives. The position offers involvement in process improvements and the application of AI to analysis, content management and automation, contributing to scalable, high-quality offerings.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and coordinate the development of technical proposals, planning milestones, managing deadlines and ensuring content quality.
- Collaborate with business units, technical experts, pre-sales and commercial teams to define scope, narrative and approach of proposed solutions.
- Advise on structure, drafting and reasoning of proposals, applying best practices and reusable models.
- Identify and select CVs to maximize automatic scoring and propose optimal equipment configurations.
- Analyze tender results, customer feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal process transformation and optimization initiatives, including applying AI in analysis, content management and automation tasks.Responsabilidades
