A continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.Role Summary: QA Automation (Salesforce) We are looking for a passionate QA Automation to evolve our test automation strategy and execution. You will be responsible for designing robust, maintainable automated suites that cover complex logistics flows, Salesforce customizations, APIs, integrations, and real-time scenarios — helping the team release confidently and frequently with minimal risk. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with ownership as you will influence architecture decisions, mentor others on automation best practices and drive reduction in regression effort and escaped defects. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and suites (mostly API and integration tests but could also lead to UI) for our Salesforce-based TMS & SCM platform · Build reliable automation for critical business workflows · Implement and expand shift-left automation by integration tests in CI · Collaborate with developers and Salesforce architects to embed testable code · Define and enforce quality gates in CI/CD pipelines (coverage thresholds, no critical failures, security scans) · Maintain and optimize test environments and test data (mocks, documents…) · Identify flaky tests, reduce maintenance overhead and continuously refactor automation code · Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on automation failures and production escapes; propose preventive measures · Mentor QA Analysts and developers on automation practices; contribute to guild/knowledge sharing · Evaluate and introduce modern tools/techniques (AI-assisted test generation, low-code options, performance in CI) Must-Have Skills & Experience · 3–6+ years of professional experience in software test automation · Strong proficiency in modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver…) · Hands-on expertise in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate or Salesforce-specific tools) · Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests (GitHub Actions, GitLab xqbhyrx CI, Jenkins, Salesforce DX / SFDX…) · Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (clean, maintainable code) · Understanding of test pyramid, BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin), Page Object Model and design patterns for maintainable automation · Experience working in agile/Scrum teams with Jira or similar · Excellent analytical & debugging skills; ability to handle complex, data-driven logistics scenarios · Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) Nice To Have Skills · ISTQB Foundation Certificate · Basic performance/security testing knowledge (JMeter, Gatling, OWASP…) What We Offer · Competitive salary · Remote work available · 23 days of vacation · Professional growth budget · Innovate culture were quality drives customer success
