THE ROLE
We are looking for a QA Lead to own and lead our QA efforts across technical products. You will work hand‑in‑hand with software engineers and product managers to support rapid growth and help structure QA processes to scale effectively. This is a key position as we aim for best‑in‑class mobile app.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the QA team: manage the team and handle full ownership.
Share the QA culture and values across the company.
Mentor software engineers to create automated tests and support engineers in integrating QA into daily work.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tests through active iteration, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.
Own the full QA process, including technical design and review of product features.
Provide reporting and insights on quality progress, KPIs, and incident trends.
Set quality expectations for each feature while maintaining release pace.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
~5 years of experience in QA, ideally within a startup or fast‑growing tech company, mobile apps or digital products.
Experience with mobile testing and backend REST API.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume development environment.
Organized, structured, proactive with strong communication skills (spoken and written).
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
