Our Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of excellence and product compliance at every stage of production. As part of the team, you will work collaboratively to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products, processes, and systems, safeguarding our outstanding reputation for quality. /ph3What you'll achieve /h3ullibSystems, Standards Certifications: /b Design, implement, and maintain the QMS, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO 9001, IFS and other applicable standards. Assist the HACCP team and support product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). /lilibWorkflows Corrective Actions: /b Use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. Verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting CAPA implementation. /lilibAudits Service Providers: /b Conduct internal process and hygiene audits, routine inspections, and support regulatory audits by national authorities. Coordinate contracts with service providers and ensure compliance with audits. /lilibRisk Cost Management: /b Assist in risk assessments (TACCP, VACCP), support crisis management and resolve food safety incidents, and aid in the management and control of departmental quality‑related costs. /lilibFloor Operations Quality Culture: /b Collaborate directly with production teams to ensure quality and food safety standards are met on the shop floor. Foster a strong food safety culture across the organization. /lilibContinuous Improvement: /b Lead or support continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing product quality, processes, hygiene, food safety culture, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3pWe are looking for a proactive, autonomous professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. /ph3The Essentials (Must Have) /h3ulliEducation and Experience: University Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with a solid background in Quality and Food Safety, including risk identification and management in production/supply processes, and experience in regulatory audit support. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing is required. /liliTechnical Knowledge: Practical knowledge and proven experience with GFSI standards (e.g., IFS). /liliLanguage Skills: Minimum B2 level of English and fluency or native Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. /liliTech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office365. /liliAvailability: Availability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. /liliKey Competencies: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, teamwork, organizational skills, and adaptability to change. /li /ulh3The Plus (Nice to Have) /h3ulliCertifications: Experience with product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, SAE, Organic). /liliAdvanced Systems: Experience with document management systems (QMS, Docal) and proficiency in PowerBI development.
