Transference of the calls to an automatic survey of satisfaction (objective defined min. Creation and update of suppliers in SAP using the tool e-Ticketing in addition. (Countable Analysis of clients and suppliers accounts.
Solution of dunnings letters/legal cases.
Duties on holidays when required and approved by the TL beforehand
Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI
Basic level and some experience in MS office tools, specially Excel
English mandatory.
High quality and performance aspiration for oneself.
Persuasiveness and determination, with negotiation skills and high energy level.
Conditions of the internship:
~12-month internship with the possibility of semi-attendance, important: to live in Madrid
~35 hours per week (important to be available for morning and afternoon hours from 8:00 to 16:00 during the 12 months)
~ Agreement and training provided by the company or agreement with current university
~30 working days of holidays
