Together, we’re building something extraordinary. About the role We are looking for a Microbiology Laboratory Specialist, detail-oriented and proactive, to join our Quality team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing microbiological analyses and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. You will play a key role in maintaining product safety and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities Perform microbiological analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, packaging, water, and finished products. Interpret results according to specifications and report any deviations (OOS – Out of Specification, OOT – Out of Trend). Collaborate in trend analysis, corrective actions, and validation of microbiological methods. Participate in GMP/GHP audits and provide training sessions on microbiology and hygiene in production. Operate laboratory equipment, manage material and service orders, and ensure the quality of media and strain banks. Verify the quality of raw material deliveries and communicate with suppliers in case of non-conformities. Create and maintain laboratory documentation according to GLP guidelines and corporate standards. The experience we're looking for University degree or FP in biology, biotechnology, or a related field Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a microbiological laboratory Intermediate proficiency in English Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with statistics and the ability to interpret research results is an advantage Ability to work according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles Accuracy, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills Availability to work in shifts (06:00h - 14:00h and 14:00h - 22:00h) What we offer We believe great work deserves great rewards.
