Description Location: Spain - Naval Station Rota & Morón Air BaseECC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for upcoming work in Spain , supporting ongoing and new fuels infrastructure projects at Naval Station Rota and Morón Air Base . The Quality Control Manager must manage the Contractor Quality Control program and organization for the assigned project to assure compliance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Rota or Morón, Spain. Five (5) years of work experience in a position directly related to construction with two (2) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement under certain circumstances. Preferred Qualifications: Previous DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC project experience.
