Desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto.Your ResponsibilitiesLead QC strategy for Branch, Teller, Contact Center.Create and run Unit, Regression, and E2E tests.Test chat/chatbot solutions and coordinate with Genesys Cloud.Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.Report results and improve QC practices.Your ProfileMin. 4 years in Quality Control / Testing.Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Strong testing methodology and test tools knowledge.Familiarity with chat/chatbot integrations and Genesys Cloud.Good English; payments experience is a plus.Working Hours and ConditionsFull time: 40 h/week (38 h in August).Ability to attend office when needed.Fully remote within Spain.Long-term collaboration opportunity.Opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical projects. xcskxlj Professional growth within a strong technical environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
