The Quality Engineer will engage in improvement activities to support the strategic direction of continuous improvement defined by the Operations management team.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Management and study of customer complaints, root cause analysis, definition of corrective actions, involving the departments as necessary in each case.- Management and study of internal and supplier nonconformities.- Statistics and monitoring of quality indicators.- Participation in the definition of new products and modifications of the current ones. (Customer requirements, control plans, homologations).- Validation of equipment and PPAP's (If the automotive
