Quality Implementation Specialist (R&D) Location: O Grove (hybrid) Department: R&D Position type: Permanent position At Bolton Food , we are looking for a Quality Implementation Specialist to join our R&D team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful industrialization, implementation, and continuous improvement of products and processes, with a strong focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and time-to-market. With a global vision and local execution, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and external partners, contributing to both branded and private label projects while supporting innovation and process excellence in our plants. What are you going to do With a global mindset and local scope, you will lead and support: Optimize and validate products and processes related to own and private label references, from formulation to packaging, ensuring quality and proper implementation at plant level. Lead the industrialization of new products, managing trials, scale-ups, validations and ramp-up phases on production lines. Drive private label development projects, from formulation to packaging, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal standards, trials and approval flux. Standardize products and processes, creating technical guidelines, databases and best practices. Lead technology and process transfers between plants, ensuring equivalence in quality, yields and costs. Define technical specifications in collaboration with R&D, Quality, Maintenance and Supply teams. Provide technical assistance to existing and new production lines, resolving root causes using structured methodologies and statistical tools. Plan and manage multi-project portfolios, defining timelines, risks, KPIs and delivering executive project reporting. Support and participate in customer and third-party audits related to private label projects. Promote process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Propose new technologies, materials and automation solutions to improve quality, cost efficiency and service levels. Align local innovation initiatives with technical feasibility and production network capabilities. What we are looking for Education: Degree in Engineering or similar (Industrial, Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related fields).
