Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Quality Department at the Barcelona-area plant, aligning quality policies with the overall business strategy. You will partner with plant leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with international and automotive standards. You drive QMS implementation, audits, and continual improvement, while developing talent and promoting a safety-first culture. - Lead and own the Quality Department and annual plan

- Manage customer quality relationships, including complaints and escalations
- Oversee all QA processes and activities

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a multi-shift manufacturing environment
- Experience working with automotive customers is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as: IATF, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GRR, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, VDA, Corrective and Preventive ActionsRequisitos principales
