ph3Overview /h3pThe Quality Manager is responsible for managing everything related to quality management systems, GMPs, management review, and certifications of Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and other necessary standards. The role ensures regulatory compliance, document system updates, and supports department heads in related matters, improvements, and training. /ph3Scope /h3pResponsible for regional quality compliance in Spain. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and keep updated quality, environmental, food safety, and other necessary systems, track site quality metrics, and guide continuous improvement. /liliEstablish / define new procedures and instructions according to needs and provide/track training. /liliCarry out internal audits to verify compliance with reference standards, support area owners in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances, and ensure effectiveness. /liliAssist and support second party audits by clients and suppliers, ensuring non-conformances are resolved to support customer qualifications of the site and strengthen the supply chain. /liliGive support to the technical department and commercial area to respond to client requests, and manage customer requests such as documentation, questionnaires, and quality agreements. /liliHost and coordinate support for third party audits of the different standards to maintain / obtain appropriate certifications. /liliParticipate in the plant's continuous improvement process and identify and lead improvement projects. /liliManage and be responsible for the customer complaint and client claims process and for non-conformities in manufacturing, testing, and general operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli2 years of experience in quality management systems and food safety; 3+ years is a plus. /liliCollege degree. /liliEnglish level B2. /liliFood safety training. /liliMaster related to quality management (desirable). /liliExperience working in multinational environments (desirable). /lili1 year experience in food production plants (desirable). /li /ulh3Location /h3pSpain, Les Borges. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
