Quality Returns Specialist The mission of this role is to ensure the effective and efficient management of quality claims, ensuring that company standards are met and the satisfaction of our users is maintained. This position plays a crucial role in the continuous improvement of Camper's processes and products. Responsibilities: - Manage and analyze product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Support to Customer Service Department and Stores. - Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to implement effective solutions. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of returns, generating periodic reports to management. - Participate in meetings with design and development teams to provide improvements based on returns. - Respond in a timely and efficient manner to returns related inquiries. - Strong work ethic and commitment to Camper values. Skills for the Position: - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Analytical ability to interpret data and propose innovative solutions. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Main Stakeholders This position reports directly to the “Head of Quality & Environment” and works closely with the production, quality control and customer service teams. Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry. - Strong knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement processes. - Ability to use data management and reporting tools. - Experience in the use of industry specific software programs is a plus.
