At SEGULA Technologies, we are expanding our team to support a strategic automotive industrialization project, within a dynamic environment directly linked to vehicle production.Aumente sus posibilidades de conseguir una entrevista leyendo la siguiente descripción general de este puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.We are looking for a Quality Technician to ensure product conformity and support quality activities during industrialization and production phases.What will be your mission?You will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured components meet quality standards and specifications, while identifying deviations and supporting continuous improvement on the shopfloor.Your main responsibilities:Analyze product specifications and define quality control plansSet up and monitor measurement tools and inspection processesTrack and analyze quality KPIs and production indicatorsDetect defects, deviations, and non-conformitiesPerform root cause analysis and propose corrective actionsPrepare quality reports and non-conformity documentationSupport audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and proceduresPromote quality awareness across production teamsThe role is strongly focused on shopfloor quality and industrial performanceWhat are we looking for?Experience in automotive quality / manufacturing environmentBackground as Quality Technician, Metrology Technician or similarKnowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)Experience in industrialization, production or plant environmentsStrong xcskxlj analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of EnglishNice to haveExperience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliersKnowledge of automotive quality standardsExperience in audits and process validationProactive mindset and attention to detailWhat do we offer?Participation in high-impact automotive industrial projectsInternational and dynamic environmentProfessional development within SEGULA TechnologiesLong-term career opportunities
