What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of the commercial side of major construction projects, working closely with experienced teams and high-profile clients. Manage project budgets and drive strong commercial performance. Oversee contract administration and ensure everything is watertight. Produce clear, accurate financial and commercial reporting. Identify risks early and take action to protect project margins. Support procurement and subcontractor management. Build strong working relationships with clients and delivery teams. What they’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within construction. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts. Experience across cost control, procurement, and reporting. Confident communicator who can work with clients and stakeholders. Able to operate in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
