The company is owned by Goldman Sachs Asset Management.REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT & DATA ANALYST (Temporary role)Your application will only be considered by sending your resume + motivation letter to the following email address:Job Description- Full time job based in Madrid – from Sept-26 to Feb-27 (6 months).- Newdock is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone's background and ideas count.- The role will allow the candidate to work on all areas of the business whilst reporting directly to the Investment & Asset Management teams.Responsabilities- Analytical support to business processes- Support in the analysis and preparation of the Business Plan- Support on the strategy and management of the assets of the portfolio- Coordination of the market knowledge database to be updated with latest market information sourced from brokers and market agents- Support in the analysis of new leasing opportunities and their impact on the overall Business Plan- Support in the preparation of commercial proposals for potential tenants- Support in the analysis of investment opportunities- Involvement in investment and other steering committee materials used for internal decision making- Maintenance of pipeline and work trackersSkills and Experience- Fluent in Spanish and English (French or Italian would be a plus)- Demonstrated experience or interest in the Real Estate sector- Advanced knowledge of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Knowledge of Data Analytic Tools such as Power BI, Power Query- Strong organizational, project management skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills- Willing to work in a highly driven team environment- Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skillsIf you’re passionate about Real Estate and want to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic investment and asset management platform, we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sending your CV and motivation letter to
