Asset Manager / Portfolio Manager – Real Estate Location: Madrid, Spain Contract Type: Permanent Work Model: Hybrid Who We Are We are a leading international digital infrastructure platform focused on the acquisition, management and optimization of real estate assets across multiple markets. Why This Role Matters This role sits at the core of our asset management function in Spain, with direct responsibility for the performance, strategy and optimization of a regional portfolio. You will play a key role in driving value across assets through hands‑on management, commercial negotiations and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is not a purely reporting role — it is a highly operational and strategic position with real ownership and impact on portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Portfolio & Asset Management Take ownership of a portfolio of assets within Spain, ensuring performance, value creation, and long‑term optimization. Define and execute asset strategies aligned with broader regional and global objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance returns. Leasing & Tenant Management Manage relationships with tenants and site providers, acting as the primary point of contact. Lead lease negotiations, renewals and extensions to optimize revenue and occupancy. Support commercial initiatives such as site expansion, revenue share agreements and contract renegotiations. Financial & Operational Oversight Oversee financial performance of assets, including budgeting, tracking and reporting. Ensure accuracy of billing, payments and contractual data in coordination with internal teams. Monitor key contractual milestones, including expiries and renewal timelines. Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for landlords, partners and internal stakeholders. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Support junior team members and contribute to overall team performance. What We’re Looking For Required Experience in real estate asset management, property management or portfolio management. Strong exposure to leasing, tenant negotiations and contract management. Experience managing or supporting real estate portfolios with a commercial focus. Solid understanding of financial performance, budgeting and asset optimization. Fluent in Spanish and English. Preferred Experience in telecom or infrastructure‑related real estate assets. Experience within established real estate advisory, property management or investment platforms. Exposure to multi‑asset portfolios (logistics, offices, retail, infrastructure). Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with a high level of ownership.
