Overview At Amea, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the coordination of listings and day‑to‑day agent operations. You will work from a set structure and gradually be given more tools and responsibilities as we grow. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, agents and marketing team. You are expected to be able to handle and oversee a variety of tasks, including: Office Management Client Registration in CRM system Creating and Exporting Activity Reports Admin Tasks Other Growth Initiatives We expect the Real Estate Coordinator & Office Manager to stay up‑to‑date with real estate listings, manage operational workflows, and build strong internal and external relationships. This role will be central to the daily running of the company and the execution of our operational standards. Qualifications 2+ Years of experience working in real estate, or a high‑paced office environment Experience working with an exclusive or HNWI brand or service Experience working with scheduling, CRM or task management tools Experience working with Resales, Inmobalia or similar software Experience with administrative support in a professional services environment Experience working with events or open houses Interest in using AI as a tool to increase performance Bilingual in English and Spanish Other languages are a plus Who you are Passionate about real estate and delivering high‑end service A strong team player with excellent communication skills Highly organized with exceptional time management skills Emotionally intelligent, able to stay calm under pressure Committed to performance and achieving outstanding results Detail‑oriented, with a genuine care for quality and client experience Resourceful and proactive, able to navigate ambiguous situations successfully This job is not for Someone looking for a passive or repetitive office job Someone who struggles with multi‑tasking or a fast‑paced environment Someone who is not fully committed to building something exceptional over time Someone who is not based in Marbella Competitive fixed salary, aligned with experience and responsibility.
