Sales Manager – Real Estate Marbella
We are a well-established real estate brokerage in Marbella, now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to take our company to the next level.

This role is on‑site in Marbella.
Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within real estateDocumented experience working in the Marbella property marketStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales teamSolid understanding of high‑end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closingFluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basisDrive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion ratesDevelop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goalsActively participate in high‑value negotiations and key client relationshipsWork closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in Marbella

Compensation
Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different option
