PORVAPOR seamlessly blends cultural heritage, diversity, and modern luxury, creating an exceptional haven for locals, expats, and travelers.Role DescriptionThis on-site, full-time Russian speaking Receptionist role is located in Barcelona, where you will be the first point of contact for guests at PORVAPOR Nordic Spa. Daily responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, managing incoming phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting in coordinating guest services. You will also perform basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records and supporting the team with administrative duties. Providing a warm and professional customer experience will be a core aspect of your role.QualificationsStrong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Tasks, including record management and schedulingExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to ensure a professional and welcoming guest experienceProficiency in Customer Service to address guest needs and create a positive and memorable experienceFluency in English and Russian; knowledge of additional languages is a plusOrganizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage administrative tasksPrevious experience in a hospitality or wellness-related role is preferred
