In this role you will support and optimize regional business applications to boost efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You bridge business needs with IT delivery, ensuring applications meet requirements and perform reliably. You will work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, driving improvements in workflows, data quality, and user adoption. • Provide operational support for regional business applications ensuring availability and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical specs
• Gather, document and validate business requirements and align with IT standards
• Monitor data accuracy and develop reports/dashboards for decision-making
• Prepare test plans and conduct UAT to validate solutions
• Develop user guides and provide training to end users
• Assist with requirements gathering, testing and implementation in projects
• Identify opportunities to improve applications, usability, and process efficiency
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Information Technology (or related field)
• 3-5 years of IT application support or related roles
• Experience with regional/local business applications and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with data management, reporting tools, and process documentation
• Familiarity with change management and project environments
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
