We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Sales across France, Italy & Spain.You'll be working for an International manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants who have a presence across APAC, The US & Europe.As a Regional Sales Manager you will be managing a Territory Sales Manager. You will both be focussed on the Electronics Sector with 70% of your time spent on developing new accounts whilst 30% will be focussed on growing established clientsReporting to the European Sales Manager you will be supported by an International Marketing team, a technical pre sales team, a portfolio of recognisable industry brands & the company presence at numerous International Exhibitions & ConferencesThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales leader who has experience of managing Distributors & dealing directly with end user clients.The successful candidate will have experience of selling conformal coatings, adhesives, resins, sealants, potting compounds, polyurethane, epoxy or similar into the Electronics, PCB Board Manufacturing or Automotive sectorsEmployed on a local employment agreement, the successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary of circa £100k GBP ( Equivalent), car/car allowance, 25% OTE bonus, benefits & excellent long term career prospects.
