About the Company Our client is a fast-growing French scale-up at the forefront of the MedTech revolution. They develop smart sensors and software that allow physiotherapists and strength coaches to measure strength, balance, and range of motion in real-time. We are looking for a strategic sales leader to manage the LATAM partner network while spearheading direct business development within the Madrid region. Network Animation: Conduct regular performance audits, set annual sales targets, and ensure partner alignment with the brand’s global strategy. Sales Support: Act as the technical and commercial expert during key international trade shows and major negotiations. Local Business Development – Madrid & Region (40%)~"Direct Sales: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and on-site demonstrations to closing deals with healthcare professionals and performance directors. ~ Local Ecosystem: Establish the brand as a leader in the Madrid sports and health community, turning local clients into regional success stories. Experience: 5 to 15 years in export sales or business development, with a proven track record in managing international distribution networks. Skills: * Expertise in negotiating distribution agreements and managing indirect sales channels. Comfortable demonstrating high-tech hardware and software to medical professionals. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
