Experteer Overview In this role you drive regional growth by securing strategic new logos and expanding JFrog’s enterprise footprint across EMEA. You lead a multi-year GTM plan, orchestrate mega-deals, and build a high-performance team that engages C-level stakeholders and key partners. You’ll align product, marketing, and success teams to deliver predictable ARR growth and scalable, land-and-expand success. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to shape JFrog’s regional and global expansion.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and execute a multi-year regional GTM strategy to win strategic new logos and grow market share.
- Scale a repeatable mega-deal approach for 1M+ New Logo enterprise transactions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance regional New Logo team.
- Forge and maintain C-level relationships with target accounts and align with partners (GCP, AWS, Azure, GSIs).
- Implement a data-driven sales methodology and ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure messaging resonance and smooth new customer onboarding.Responsabilidades
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership with multi-regional or global experience
- Proven track record closing 7-figure+ New Logo deals with Fortune 500 / Global 2000
- History of developing and executing effective GTM strategies
- Strong experience in strategic outbounding and C-level engagement
- Exceptional leadership with ability to hire, mentor, and retain top talent
- Superior communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
