We’re expanding our Madrid team and looking for a senior professional with proven experience in (re)insurance broking, reinsurance or insurance.The RoleCollaborate with the team to manage and nurture relationships across our client portfolio: insurers, MGAs and reinsurers throughout Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Reinsurance Treaty and MGA programs (firm orders, documentation issuance, signature collection); occasional Facultative placements.Gather and analyse underwriting data to request quotations.Assess client needs.Handle queries from clients, MGAs, insurers and reinsurers.Draft, review, and validate contractual documentation (Slips, Wordings, Special/General Conditions) to confirm insurance/reinsurance support.Oversee premiums and claims settlements; review monthly/quarterly technical accounts against agreed terms.Monitor quarterly treaty performance and contribute to annual budgeting and follow-up.SkillsNegotiationClear, concise communicationTeamworkDecision-makingMultitasking & prioritisationProblem-solvingStrong attention to detail Requirements3–5 years’ experience as a broker, insurer, or reinsurer.Advanced English (C1; essential for daily work).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Law, or similar).
