My client is looking for a Reliability Engineer to support reliability strategy across the product line. You will lead qualification activities for Photonic networking products, and work with design, process and packaging teams to improve product performance.Obtenga más información sobre las tareas generales relacionadas con esta oportunidad a continuación, así como sobre las habilidades requeridas.ResponsibilitiesDesign, plan and execute reliability qualification programmes for integrated photonic productsIntegrate design for reliability into new product development cyclesConduct FMEA to identify and reduce reliability risksPerform root cause failure analysis and drive corrective actionsEstablish internal reliability standards aligned with customer and industry requirementsUse statistical tools to model reliability performance and predict lifetimesPrepare qualification plans, risk assessments and reliability reportsIdentify mechanical and material risks and drive upstream design improvementsCommunicate findings across engineering teams, suppliers and customersRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, materials science, physics or related fieldMinimum three years experience in reliability engineering within semiconductor or photonics industriesKnowledge of device and package reliability methodologies including Telcordia and JEDECUnderstanding of device physics and failure mechanisms in SerDes, digital and mixed signal ICsExperience using SEM, EDX, FIB, EMMI, OBIRCH and related FA toolsKnowledge of packaging failure mechanisms such as solder joints, warpage and metal migrationExperience with reliability modelling and statistical tools including Weibull, Minitab or JMPFamiliarity with advanced packaging technologies including flip chip, wafer level packaging and 3D integrationBenefits include private health care insurance and pension plan. xcskxlj If you are interested, contact Ella Flynn @ IC-Resources.#J-18808-Ljbffr
