We actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds to enrich our team and drive innovation.Your Role
As the Head of UX at RoomPriceGenie, you'll lead our small but mighty design and research team of two product designers and one user researcher. This isn't an IC role where you'll be pushing pixels or running sessions yourself. It's a leadership role focused on building the function, championing the team, and setting them up for success. You'll set the strategic direction for how design and research operates, advocate for the team at leadership level, and create the conditions for your people to do their best work. You'll also play a key role in raising design and research maturity across the wider product organisation and guiding better decisions through clearer systems, guidelines, and shared insight.Key Responsibilities
