Job Description: Collect, consolidate and analyze financial data from all NRF entities Work closely with financial managers across global locations Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting across the NRF Group Creating and improve financial processes and procedures Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, offering insights into the numbers and conducting variance analysis Quarterly prepare the rolling forecast with department- and financial managers across all NRF locations Review of balance sheet positions Ensure compliance and internal control procedures Create and improve recurring (financial) reports Collaborate with external auditors Ad hoc analysis of financial data i.E. inventory reporting Ensure timely submission of financial information by department- and financial managers from the NRF entities The vacancy is in both countries: Spain, Poland or Italy. You report to the Group Controller of NRF. Required Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Reporting Experience in an international organization. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with (rolling) forecasting and reporting cycles. Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools. Digital mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams. Ability to meet tight deadlines Proactive mindset Fluent in English (spoken and written).
