Someone who understands functional fitness from the inside, earns trust on the gym floor, and wants to make a real impact on the daily lives of German athletes by expanding Velites’ footprint across the country.Partner Network Sales Manager GermanyWhat you will ownYou will build, manage, and scale Velites’ partner network in Germany. This means identifying the right gyms, stores, and partners, turning relationships into long-term collaborations, and making Velites a trusted brand in the market.Your responsibilitiesYou will develop and manage the German partner network, from first contact to long-term relationship. You will negotiate commercial agreements that create value for both Velites and our partners. You will analyze the German market to spot growth opportunities, trends, and white spaces. You will represent Velites at events, competitions, trade fairs, and key meetings in Germany. You will act as the voice of the German market internally, providing clear feedback to the central team. You will work closely with operations to ensure smooth distribution and logistics. You will track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve the effectiveness of partnerships.What defines youYou naturally live the Velites values: innovation, closeness to the gym owner, service mindset, and uncompromising quality. You enjoy being on the ground with Gym Owners and CrossFit/Hyrox enthusiasts and partners, not stuck behind a screen.Skills and experience we value3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally in fitness, sports, or D2C brands.Strong experience managing partner or client relationships.Comfortable working with CRM tools.Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent for analysis, reporting, and presentations.Soft skills that matter hereYou put partners and athletes first and anticipate their needs.You communicate clearly, directly, and persuasively.You approach problems head-on and find practical, creative solutions.What we offerBase Salary between 30k to 40k Brute Annually , depending on experience. Performance-based bonus packages activated after a 6-month probation period.Real growth opportunities: If you show leadership, you will have the chance to build and lead commercial teams in Germany or other international markets.Location: Zizur Mayor, Navarra, with frequent travel to Germany.Languages: Native-level German is essential.
