Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of BCG's external research sources, ensuring availability, compliance, and alignment with business needs. You will own end-to-end processes from contracting to invoicing, coordinate across regions, and support audits and governance. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to clarify terms and optimize usage and cost. This position offers impactful work coordinating research sources to enable data-driven decisions in a global consulting environment.

• Oversee research source lifecycle from contracting to invoicing
• Coordinate renewals, access updates, and cross-regional supplier activities
• Support supplier evaluations, internal reviews, and planning related to research sources
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement and vendors to ensure commitments are understood and fulfilled
• Clarify contractual terms, access rights, and invoicing questions; escalate as needed
• Analyze usage and supplier data to inform decisions and renewal planning
• Identify usage or cost optimization opportunities and prepare stakeholder materials
• Maintain dashboards on contracts, renewals, usage, and financial commitments
• Support audit activities with documentation and approvals
• Coordinate sourcing activities across teams and geographies
• Adhere to processes, escalate issues, and guide stakeholders on sourcing and usage best practices
• Manage research sources service desk, respond to user queries, track tickets, and escalate complex matters
• Organize and coordinate training for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor service disruptions and invoicing discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
Responsabilidades
• An undergraduate degree with strong academic achievement
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience
• Basic knowledge of the information and research provider landscape
• Introductory understanding of content rights management and copyright concepts
• Exposure to vendor interactions or contract support activities
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience supporting contracting, renewal, or invoicing workflows
• Experience maintaining structured reporting or supporting audit processes
• Experience responding to user inquiries or supporting a service desk is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively with guidance in a fast-paced environment
