We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella - Estepona (Spain).
Main Responsibilities

Handle client and travel agency requests with a proactive sales approach, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Manage individual and group reservations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
Maximize upselling opportunities and optimize hotel occupancy.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or German are highly valued.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
