pFlint International is looking for Resident Security Engineer to work onsite in Madrid. /ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppThe tasks to be performed by Resident Security Engineer are: /ppbr/pulliSupport for managing configuration and software changes /liliRequest change approvals /liliPreparation of changes with different stakeholders /liliExecution of the change including previous and subsequent checks /liliProblem Management Support /liliTechnical support for incidents /liliProblem solving /liliTroubleshooting /liliWebex meeting attendance with TAC/Business Units /liliPreparing and running tests for new features, configurations, software versions, etc. /liliSupport for automation activities /liliSupport in equipment renovations, installation, decommission, etc. /li /ulpbr/p pbQualifications /b /ppbr/pulliAt least 3 years performing first-level operator/support tasks in corporate SOCs /liliKnowledge of Cisco security products and solutions /liliEnglish B2 /liliSpanish - fluent /liliTechnical knowledge in Cisco DUO, ESA, Firepower, Multicloud Defense, CSW and WSA solutions /liliIncident management systems /liliBasic understanding of the OSI model /liliBasic knowledge of operating systems /liliProblem management and resolution /liliSystems administration /liliA bachelor's degree in Systems or Telecommunications /li /ul
