Key Responsibilities
Executes cleaning duties thoroughly, following established procedures and standards to uphold the ambiance of assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
Creates a comfortable environment by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms.
Elevates the room experience by replenishing amenities, toiletries, and supplies, ensuring each room is fully stocked and ready for occupancy.
Demonstrates a keen eye for detail, identifying maintenance issues, damages, or repairs within rooms and promptly reporting them to the maintenance team.
Upholds The Pacha Group’s grooming and dress code standards, presenting a professional appearance at all times.
Responds promptly and courteously to guests' requests for extra amenities or services, contributing to their overall satisfaction in alignment with The Pacha Group’s standards.
Implements lost and found procedures, reporting any items left behind by guests to the relevant department.
Participates in training sessions and meetings to stay abreast of new cleaning techniques and industry-leading standards.
Adheres rigorously to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well‑being of guests, colleagues, and oneself.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment is advantageous.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a Plus).
Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-rated properties will be advantageous.
Physical fitness with the endurance and resilience to handle demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time.
Time management and multi-tasking skills, to deliver a memorable experience for our guests.
Collaborative and composed under pressure, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality execution during fast-paced service periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
Brings a positive attitude that aligns with the spirit of The Pacha Group.
