A private sailing yacht company is looking for a rotational engineer with a strong background in hydraulic sailing systems. The ideal candidate should be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills with both crew and guests. The rotation is 10 weeks on and 10 weeks off, primarily operating in the Mediterranean during a busy single season. Male candidates are preferred due to cabin arrangements, but the position is open to female applicants as well.
