. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential new clients and market opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (e.g., LinkedIn), and networking events.
Manage and update the sales pipeline consistently.
2. Sales Execution and Closing:
Conduct effective online and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that add value.
Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to close new business deals and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.
3. Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth (upselling and cross-selling).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Reporting and Strategy:
Accurately track and report on sales activities and pipeline status using our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide regular forecasts and reports to sales management.
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is often preferred.
