As Fashion Sales Manager, you lead boutique performance and elevate the client experience while developing a team of Fashion Advisors. You drive commercial outcomes by analyzing results, aligning with the Maison's strategy, and coaching for growth. You model Chanel values on the floor, nurture long-term client relationships, and foster a collaborative, excellence-driven team culture. This role offers the opportunity to shape client experiences and team development within a prestigious luxury brand.

• Support the Maison’s strategy and commercial priorities within the boutique
• Develop and coach the team with regular feedback and growth conversations

• Address performance topics constructively and propose solutions
