As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Translate client requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with project managers. Design and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components. Document technical processes and conduct handovers/training for new team members. Ensure application reliability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and system issues. Maintain the integrity of application software and stay current with Salesforce updates and release cycle. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM (experience with other CRMs is a plus). Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs). Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Salesforce Workbench. Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principles. Strong problem-solving skills for complex software and application issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a Scrum/Agile environment.
