Overview
As part of the SAP Integrations team, you design, build and support ABAP-based integration solutions between SAP and external HR platforms. You will analyze customer needs and translate them into scalable integration components, enabling payroll and HR data flows across systems. You collaborate with customers during workshops, testing and go-live phases, contributing to automation and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM/ECP ecosystems, with opportunities to shape integration strategy and delivery at scale.

Requisitos principales5-7 years of SAP integration ABAP experienceFunctional knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workday, HRIS concepts, and HR data replication processesExperience with employee data replication and payroll-related integrationsKnowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practicesAbility to analyze customer requirements and translate them into integration solutionsStrong hands-on experience in ABAP Object-Oriented development, including interface development and data transformationsExperience designing, building and supporting employee data, organizational management, and payroll-related integrations between SAP and third-party systemsStrong hands-on experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologiesExperience configuring, consuming, and troubleshooting SOAP and REST services, APIs, authentication methods and SAP communication frameworksUnderstanding of middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite or equivalent technologiesProven experience in integrations involving Workday, SuccessFactors EC, SAP HCM/ECP, and related systemsCertifications in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Workday-related certifications are highly recommendedAdvanced English; additional languages beneficialABAP Object-Oriented developmentInterface development and data transformationsWeb services (SOAP/REST)SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middlewarePEC I and Workday ConnectorsHR data replication and payroll-related integrations
