Overview
Aderen People – SAP ARIBA (Tech Support)
Freelance Full Time – Project in long‑term engagement.
Languages: Español, Ingles.
Rate: €220‑250 per day (up to €240 per day + VAT, according to experience).
SEEKING: SAP ARIBA technical support with at least 5 years of experience, collaborating with the Procurement Team and the UK business.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues.
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular maintenance; coordinate with the SAP Basis team for updates, patches, and upgrades.
Provide first‑line user support for SAP‑related inquiries and issues.
Assist users with SAP functionalities, ensuring effective usage and training.
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Customize and configure SAP modules to support business processes.
Assist in design, testing, and implementation of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper incident/problem management.
Analyze recurring problems and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Work closely with other IT teams and external SAP consultants to resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with business units to align SAP functionalities with business strategies and objectives.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Agile product teams.
Hands‑on experience with SAP modules such as Ariba, AP, AR, GL, ABAP/ARIBA/MM.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
SAP certification is a plus.
