Harrington Boyd are currently working with a global pharmaceutical company who are searching for an SAP OTC Manager to join their team in Barcelona on a permanent basis as they continue their S/4HANA implementation! This position will offer hybrid working, with 2 – 3 days of home working per week.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the global strategy, design and deployment of SAP SD/OTC solutions across the end‐to‐end Order‐to‐Cash process, including order management, pricing, billing, logistics execution, export compliance and credit managementPartner with cross‐functional teams in Finance, Logistics, Customer Operations and other business areas to ensure OTC system capabilities align with evolving operational needs, regulatory requirements and governance standardsLead, coach and develop a distributed team of SAP functional specialists and technical professionalsContribute to the ongoing S/4HANA transformation and support additional enterprise‐wide initiativesManage stakeholder expectations and relationships across both internal teams and external business partnersWe are searching for the following skills & experience:A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP, ideally focusing on SAP SD/OTCPrevious experience working with S/4HANA is highly desirableStrong understanding of the end to end processes within SAP OTCExposure to additional areas within SAP, with SAP GTS being a nice to have but not essentialAbility to work alongside different stakeholders including both internal and external (SI)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in EnglishIf this position could be of interest to you or anyone else within your network, please forward a copy of your CV for consideration.
