We are looking for a Scrum Master An experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements. Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies). Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed. Maintain delivery governance: ensure Jira tickets are updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies. Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.
