Responsibilities
Applying agile methodology to plan, manage and deliver solutions
Training and coaching of teams in applying agile values, principles, and practices
Applying suitable frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and facilitating retrospectives, dailies and reviews to support agile working
Using interpersonal skills to manage team and remove impediments
Monitoring of progress as well as tracking of project deliverables
Responsibility for driving demonstratable development outcomes (e.g., demo, product delivery at the end of sprint)
Qualifications
University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas described
Problem-solving skills for facilitating meetings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability for empowering teams and to drive continuous improvement
Very good communication skills in English
