We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team. What you will do You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks You will guide and coach product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, you will be there to remove them You will be a collaborator at heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping to overcome conflicts You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community You will work in an international environment with a diverse team What you will need At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it Very good command of the English language and fluency in German Our offering Permanent contract Competitive salary 22 days of vacation 5 additional holidays for Christmas 4 additional holidays for Easter Flexible working time Continuous working days in summer According with our Equality Plan at Quantion we believe in diversity and inclusion.
