After raising a $70M Series B led by Lightspeed, we're 230+ people across Paris, Barcelona, London, and Montreal, and scaling fast. /p h3SDR Team Lead /h3 pWe’re looking for our next SDR Team Lead to join us in Barcelona and help drive Naboo's outbound engine across Europe. You’ll own a team of 5 SDRs covering multiple European markets (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and more to come). The team is fully based in Barcelona. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll recruit, coach, and develop a multilingual team, refine our outbound playbook, and report performance directly to the executive team. You’ll have the autonomy to challenge current processes, build new ones, and demonstrate a high level of professional maturity. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul libRecruit and build your team. /b Hire and onboard a mix of full‑time SDRs, interns, and freelancers across Naboo’s prospecting segments. /li libCoach and develop. /b Train new joiners on cold calling, BANT qualification, multi‑channel sequencing, and our tooling stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Outreach). /li libDrive performance. /b Own pipeline generation targets for your team. Run weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews. Hit and exceed quota. /li libPartner with Marketing. /b Work hand‑in‑hand with the marketing team on lead lists, ABM campaigns, and messaging tailored to each European market. /li libEvolve the playbook. /b Continuously refine sequences, talk tracks, qualification criteria, and best practices. What worked last quarter is not enough for the next. /li libReport to the executive team. /b Deliver weekly performance dashboards and insights. Surface what’s working, what’s not, and what we need to fix. /li libDesign career paths. /b Create tailored development plans for each SDR, whether their next move is Senior SDR, Team Lead, or AE. /li libCollaborate with peers. /b Work closely with the other SDR Team Lead(s) to align processes, share learnings, and present a unified front to the broader Sales org. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul lib3+ years of experience /b in sales, ideally in tech (SaaS or other) or in the events industry, with at least 1 year as a Team Lead, AE, or KAM. Direct people‑management experience is required. /li libFull fluency in English /b (spoken and written), plus native‑level proficiency in one of our focus‑market languages: French or German. /li libProven track record /b of building or scaling an SDR team: recruiting, training, and hitting pipeline targets. /li libMethodical, detail‑oriented, and numbers‑driven. /b You live in dashboards, you know your conversion rates by heart, and you make decisions based on data. /li libStrong coach. /b You know how to give feedback that lands, run effective call reviews, and pass on knowledge to a multilingual team. /li libHigh adaptability. /b You’re comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, fast‑changing environment where the playbook is rewritten every quarter. /li libBased in Barcelona /b or willing to relocate by the end of the year. /li /ul h3Why Naboo? /h3 ul libThe product advantage. /b Any company can use Naboo for free, in any industry.
