The Roles 1️⃣ Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Inbound/Outbound •Focus: Generate and qualify business opportunities working across inbound (marketing-generated leads) or outbound (proactive prospecting) channels. •Key Tasks: Generate and manage pipeline by either qualifying and converting inbound leads or proactively creating new opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn, email), booking meetings for AEs, maintaining accurate CRM data, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead quality or targeting depending on the motion. •Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in SDR or sales roles, with strong communication and commercial mindset; experience can be focused on either high-volume inbound lead management or outbound prospecting activities , with fluency in Spanish or Italian plus professional English (outbound experience is a plus). •Market: Spanish or Italian market. 2️⃣ Account Executive (AE) •Focus: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing either inbound (high-intent, marketing-driven opportunities focused on speed and conversion) or outbound (self-generated or SDR-sourced opportunities requiring strategic, consultative selling and demand creation) . •Key Tasks: Manage the full sales cycle, including running demos and discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, developing tailored proposals, forecasting and managing pipeline progression, negotiating and closing contracts, and collaborating with SDRs and stakeholders to improve performance. •Requirements: 2–3+ years of experience in a closing role (B2B SaaS preferred), with proven ability to manage either high-velocity inbound opportunities or longer, more strategic outbound sales cycles , strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, and fluency in Italian or Spanish plus professional English. •Market: Spanish or Italian market.
